FAQ – Island Life Malta

1. How long does delivery take?

All our bikinis are made-to-order as soon as you place an order. Typically: 
- Production: 2–7 business days. 
- Shipping: 5–10 business days (EU) / 7–20 business days (international)

Why made-to-order? 
Reduces waste; we only produce what’s ordered. 
Each piece is carefully crafted to ensure quality.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs processing. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships. Once your order has shipped, please contact your local mail carrier for any delivery-related inquiries.

2. Can I return or exchange my bikini?

Since all our bikinis are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it.

3. How do I care for my bikini?

To keep your bikini looking its best:

Hand wash in cold water. 
Lay flat to dry (avoid wringing or tumble drying). 
Avoid rough surfaces and harsh chemicals (like bleach)

4. What sizes do you offer?

Our bikinis come in a range of sizes. Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend the Recycled String Bikini, as its adjustable ties allow for the most flexible fit.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly through the manufacturer, so we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately via the form or email: hello@islandlifemalta.com. We’ll do our best to help before production begins.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment options to make your shopping experience convenient:
